Simple drop-in installation, drop and plug in. One caveat is that new Tesla doesn't turn on the 12V outlet at the Sentry mode. Camp mode needs to be turned on to enable the 12V outlet. This is not a big deal since the cabin needs to be cool for the fridge to work properly --- Otherwise the fridge will overheat and stop working.

Review of TeslaFridge

Used my cooler on its first Tesla camping trip. Pre chilled to 30 degrees for 5 hrs then drove to campground 30 minutes away. Cooler stopped working in sub trunk and inside temp rose to 50. Once I removed cooler, it started working again. But not impressed that it didn’t keep items cold inside trunk as advertised.

Great product. Works as advertised, fits perfectly in drop trunk of my MYP. Cools rapidly and stays cold even when there is no power to unit (such as when parked). If at an event, can leave car in camp mode to keep it cooling.
